• Contact a Marriage Commissioner and verify their availability - WHO
• When you have the above items confirmed, complete the form

    on the next page. A license CANNOT be issued unless you know the

    WHEN, WHERE and WHO.

    Once I receive the completed form I will prepare the documents

    and email them to you for verification. When the forms have been

    verified I will contact you and make arrangements for you to

    pick up the license.
